What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of APIs and Infrastructure as Code as cloud-native interfaces.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or native tools from OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous learning and innovation in cloud observability.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to design and optimize observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Lead efforts in building impactful observability solutions on OCI.
  • Develop and test monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using OCI native tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Work with senior engineers and customers to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support workshops demonstrating modern observability practices with real-world applications.
  • Integrate third-party observability tools with OCI environments.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to enhance operational transparency.
  • Share knowledge and best practices through coaching sessions and internal forums.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept projects to showcase observability benefits for customer success.
