What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of APIs and Infrastructure as Code as cloud native interfaces.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS native tools).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning and innovation in cloud observability.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customers to design and fine-tune observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Be a pioneer in building practical, impactful observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Develop and test monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using native OCI Observability & Management tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Work with senior engineers and customers to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Support innovation workshops by demonstrating the power of modern observability practices in real-world use cases.
- Assist in the integration of third-party observability tools with OCI environments.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to improve operational transparency.
- Share learnings and best practices in cloud coaching sessions and internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in proof-of-concept projects that showcase the value of observability in customer success.
