Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join its offices in Rome / Genoa / Naples / Bari / Milan within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division.

Mission

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions on the Azure platform, leveraging Azure's AI tools to create innovative applications that enhance business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design and develop generative AI models using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• AI Model Training: Fine-tune and optimize models for NLP, image generation, and other AI applications.
• Cloud Integration: Implement AI solutions integrated with Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy models ensuring scalability, security, and performance; monitor with Azure tools.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, cloud architects, and product teams to meet business needs.
• Innovation: Keep up-to-date with AI and cloud tech trends to improve solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a programmer proficient in Python, with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization.
• Deep experience with models like GPT-4, Llama, including fine-tuning.
• Experience in NLP and text generation.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced Python development skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree.
