Purchasing department is involved in requesting quotes and drafting contracts with suppliers; selecting strategic suppliers; identifying procurement needs and evaluating suppliers. The new employee will be part of the Finance Department.

Tasks

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop the procurement operational strategy in collaboration with different business functions.
• Plan the procurement budget in accordance with company guidelines.
• Plan procurement related to infrastructure, facilities.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate, and manage potential suppliers.
• Manage the supplier fleet.
• Manage the company car fleet.
• Negotiate supply prices and conditions (mode, timing, volume, quality).
• Support all departments.
• Take care of risk assessment and related compliance.

• Precision in document management and analytical skills.
