Perched atop Rome’s highest hill, the Rome Cavalieri offers breathtaking views of the Eternal City and St. Peter’s Dome. Set within 15 acres of lush Mediterranean parkland, yet just moments from the heart of Rome and the Vatican City, this iconic property provides a serene and luxurious escape. As General Manager, you will oversee every aspect of this extraordinary hotel, including its award-winning spa, Michelin-starred dining, and both indoor and outdoor pools—ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.
This exciting Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri General Manager position will be responsible for managing the Hotel Management team, achieving targets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial, Operations, F&B, Guest experience, and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have a proven track record as a General Manager in luxury hotels.
