General Manager/Store Manager

Byrider is growing! General Manager/Store Manager career opportunity at our Florence, KY location! Rent-to-own, consumer finance, retail, or experience that involved managing a sales and/or consumer finance team.

General Manager/Store Manager Rewards:

• $60,000.00 -$65,000.00 starting salary
• Monthly incentive up to $3,300.00
• Annual compensation is usually $100k - $110k+

General Manager/Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop & motivate team members
• Sales management
• Credit origination

• Branch compliance

General Manager/Store Manager Requirements:

• Sales Manager/General Manager/ Store Manager/Branch Manager experience
• Lending or collections exp. is a + but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work some early evening & Saturday hours
• Good leadership & customer service skills
• Able to hire, train, develop & motivate

General Manager/Store Manager Work Hours:

• Average of 45 hours worked each week
• 5-day work week schedule
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
