As the General Manager for Moxy Pompei, you will lead the charge in delivering the unique Moxy experience, blending affordable luxury with a playful atmosphere. We're seeking a dynamic leader with 1-3 years of previous GM experience, ideally with a background in lifestyle hotel brands. Fluent Italian is a must, and eligibility to work in the EU is required.

  • Translate Marriott's global strategic plan into executable strategies for the property.

  • Execute business plans to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
  • Hold the property leadership team accountable for successful delivery of business plans.
  • Experiment with new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability, taking calculated risks when needed.
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies specific to the Moxy brand.
  • Identify new business leads and actively pursue opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

  • Proactively address changing market conditions to ensure the property operates within budgetary guidelines.
