Panoram Hotel Management, a forward-thinking operator active in Italy and Spain, seeks a General Manager to lead the opening of a new Vignette Collection resort in Sicily. The role demands strategic vision, strong leadership, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate F&B, commercial and rooms functions, and drive exceptional guest experiences while aligning with IHG's Vignette Collection standards.

Competenze

• Proven GM or senior manager in 4-5 star luxury properties.
• Strong background in F&B, commercial ops, and rooms management.
• Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
