Job Description

Frette is seeking a General Manager, EMEA to oversee all commercial divisions within the region, including Retail, Contract/Trade, third-party Distributors/Wholesale partners, and Hospitality.

The individual is responsible for P&L management for each business unit, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency to maximize sales, profitability, growth, and account penetration.

This role requires a hands-on, self-starting, and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Strategic Planning & Analysis
• Develop and lead the execution of the company’s commercial strategy for the EMEA region, defining KPIs, targets, and a roadmap for revenue and market share growth.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends with direct reports to develop new strategies, tools, and resources.
• Find innovative solutions, including new technology, to enhance customer experience in-store.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management and the Board.

Business Development
• Seek new partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
• Identify potential markets, evaluate expansion options, and negotiate strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
• Ensure alignment of business practices across all markets for a consistent client experience.
• Attend networking and trade events as a brand ambassador.

Transformational Leadership
• Provide market insights and drive growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
• Ensure the highest quality of products, services, and customer experience.
• Conduct market research and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.

Cross-functional & Team Leadership
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Collaborate with departments like finance, operations, product development, and marketing.
• Support new product launches with internal teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Inspire teams to achieve goals with autonomy and sound judgment.

Qualifications
• Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies for B2C and B2B markets in EMEA, luxury experience preferred.
• Expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and creative problem-solver.
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% internationally.

Additional Information

We offer a contract with CCNL Textile-industry, daily tickets from €8, and competitive welfare benefits. The weekly schedule is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours (8:30–9:30 and 17:30–18:30). Frette offers an option for a hybrid work arrangement of two days per week.
