Located in the heart of Tuscany, the Borgo Santo Pietro estate, also characterized by its ‘from the farm to the plate’ philosophy, is a five-star Resort set on approximately 120 hectares of cultivated land and gardens. The estate includes gardens, vegetable gardens and medicinal plants, where our staff work every day to produce fruits, vegetables and aromatic and medicinal herbs according to the principles of organic cultivation. Plant products are used primarily in the kitchens of our three restaurants. Officinal products, on the other hand, are used in our state-of-the-art lab in the preparation of a cosmetic line of skincare and body care products, Seed to Skin Tuscany by Borgo Santo Pietro. Within the estate there are also vineyards, a farm with farmyard animals, cattle, pigs and sheep, and an artisanal dairy and a cooking school, that ornate the twenty-two rooms and the spa of the luxury hotel.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional and customer-focused General Manager to oversee our luxury hospitality property. The individual is a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing high-end establishments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operation, ensuring profitability, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
