Responsibilities
- Park Hyatt General Managers are the embodiment of the Park Hyatt brand experience and culture as it relates to customers, guests, colleagues and owners.
- Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property, ensuring it is operating with excellence.
- Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.
- With integrity and in alignment to develop talents, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
- Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.
- Bring Hyatt’s values to life by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.

Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel Management or Business School.
- Experience in luxury hotel management, in a similar caliber property as Park Hyatt Milano.
- Understanding of the luxury segment and the Italian and European landscapes.
- Fluent in English; intermediate Italian can be considered.
- Ability to manage high-profile guests, and multicultural teams.
- Strong network in the luxury travel industry.
- Upscale operational management & strategic mindset.
