• Qualifications
• Degree in Hotel Management or Business School
• Experience in luxury hotel management, in a similar caliber property as Park Hyatt Milano
• Understanding of the luxury segment and the Italian and European landscapes
• Fluent in English, intermediate Italian can be considered
• Ability to manage high-profile guests, and multicultural teams
• Strong network in the luxury travel industry
• Upscale operational management & strategical mind set
