A luxury hotel in Tuscany is seeking a capable individual to lead operations and manage a dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards and driving the development of employees in a dynamic, international environment. Ideal applicants will possess strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for working with elite clientele. This role involves recruiting, training, and both overseeing daily operations and client relations.

About the Company

Il Bottaccio, Relais & Chateaux is a Hotel for gourmet travelers who don't like to feel they are guests, but owners, for however short a time in this magical 18th century converted olive oil mill. At the foot of the Apuanian Alps, Il Bottaccio offers the best of the mountains and the seaside. Located just a few kilometers from the sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi and member of the Relais & Chateaux chain for nearly 40 years, the Hotel and Restaurant have hosted numerous movie stars, magnates and dignitaries. With just 8 highly curated rooms, the property affords an air of exclusivity and mystique hardly equaled in Italy and perhaps the world.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members and must be accustomed to working for demanding clients in a high‑paced and international environment.

Pay range and compensation package
