Key Skills Required

• Sales : Ability to close over 50% of leads on day one.
• Leadership : Be a proactive leader, conduct weekly 1-on-1 and staff meetings, hold team accountable, and lead business growth. Must handle pressure confidently.
• Finance : Manage facility P&L, review budgets monthly with ownership.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the team, focusing on :

• Member progress check-ins
• Setting up new memberships in POS system
• Processing payments
• Providing front desk sales and information
• Assisting with special events
• Managing all sales activities

Qualifications

• Associate Degree
• 3+ years management experience
• Strong sales ability and enthusiasm for sales
• Knowledge of gym and retail operations
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
• Commitment to being the first in and last out

Compensation : $900.00 per year
