Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Book To Report Specialist to join our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where our company's history began.

The Global Business Service (GBS) is a Shared Service Center network providing accounting services to our global subsidiaries. The EMEA Shared Service Center in Agordo (BL) handles processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes, and Balance Sheet Assets for Italian companies and European subsidiaries.

As a Book to Report Specialist, you will join the GBS team and manage activities including:

• Month-end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)
• Ensuring the quality and analysis of financial reports through key checks in the account matrix risk areas such as banks, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, payroll, and taxes accounts
• Timely Hyperion reporting, fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly, and yearly forms
• Balance sheet account reconciliation
• Audit and year-end activities
• Assets management and posting
• Bank account reconciliation and posting

Main Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management with excellent results
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic) is a plus
• At least 6 months of experience in accounting or auditing within complex organizations
• A lover of quantitative analysis and an Excel enthusiast
• A strong believer in teamwork and collaboration
