With our expansion, we’re looking for a highly experienced Game Designer who knows how to create stunning game worlds, engaging mechanics, and interfaces that keep players coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance 3D/2D game assets, UI components, and interactive elements
Contribute to gameplay systems, reward loops, and engagement mechanics
Design and prototype innovative features for our Web3 play&win vision
Create clear design docs and asset guidelines
Collaborate with developers, product, and marketing
Mentor junior designers and review team work
Requirements:
3+ years in game dev design (mobile/casual/social preferred)
Strong portfolio with completed projects (UI, assets, features)
Understanding of game systems, monetization, player psychology
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
Cross-team collaboration experience
Telegram mini-app or mobile-first experience is a plus
Russian language skills (for team communication)
Web3/crypto gaming knowledge is a bonus
