A leading company in the catering and accommodation sectors is seeking a Galley Service Engineer to join their Lifecycle Services Division. The successful candidate will execute and supervise service interventions, conduct customer assessments, and provide training to staff on board. Candidates should have maintenance experience and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure high-quality service.

As Galley Service Enginee r in our Lifecycle Services Division, you will hold the key responsibility of executing and supervising ALMACO service interventions.

Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities :

• Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs.
• Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions.
• Perform service interventions with ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
• Training maintenance and operative staff on board
• Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions

To be successful in this position, we will need to have

• Maintenance experience
• Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
• Customer care skills
• Knowledge of company quality system and processes
• Galley / Industruial kitchen know how
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
