Competenze

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Rubiera. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Joining us as a Future Talent Installation Site Supervisor, you will learn how to lead and manage the site installation work for L1, L2 and L3 projects for Capital Equipment, contributing to the overall Installation sales result and customer satisfaction.

What you will do
  • Participate as subject matter expert regarding installations and site management activities (travel up to 70% of time )
  • Learn how to lead and coordinate day to day installation site activities and resources
  • Support on-site communication, reporting, visual board updates and meetings
  • Collaborate in integration, coordination and management of work schedules on site
  • Learn how to lead identification and management of installation project deviations
  • Participate in the preparation of Tetra Pak, the customer and the installation site
  • Support in the implementation and maintenance of working standards on site
  • Participate in the execution of Capital Equipment installation activities
We believe you have
  • Degree in Engineering or Food Science (Graduated 20 24-2025)
  • Internship experience working in manufacturing machinary industry, in installation / commissioning activities is a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English are a must
  • Knowledge of PMI standards and/or PMP certification is a plus
  • Skills in MS Project and SAP
  • Basic Occupational Health and Safety competences to secure compliance
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders and levels
  • Lateral thinking, flexible approach and resilience
  • Ability to prioritize workload depending on project phases
  • Willingness to learn and agile attitude to navigate through changes
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel in Italy as well as abroad 70% of working time
