Costa Crociere ricerca un Future Cruise Consultant a bordo per promuovere e vendere crociere future. Il candidato ideale ha un diploma di scuola superiore e esperienza in vendite o assistenza clienti, con ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese. La posizione prevede un contratto di 5 mesi a bordo della nave, lavorando 7 giorni a settimana, con opportunità di crescita personale e professionale, e numerosi vantaggi per il personale.

Competenze

  • Esperienza precedente in vendite e/o assistenza clienti; esperienza nel turismo è un plus.

  • Familiarità con un'altra lingua europea (francese o tedesco) a livello B1/B2.

YOUR LIFE ONBOARD : As a Future Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling future cruises onboard to ensure set target achievement in terms of total pax and net revenues fixed month by month. The role aims to achieve the highest conversion rate between guests booking future cruises and those traveling onboard. With a strong focus on business, the Future Cruise Consultant engages with guests to maximize opportunities and promote cruise sales.

  • You promote activities and special offers to guests.
  • You participate in onboard events, excursions, and gala events to connect with guests.
  • You lead presentations about cruise products and itineraries.
  • You support ship visits organized by travel agents when requested.
  • You complete back-office activities, such as booking management.

GET THINGS RIGHT : Costa values teamwork and collaboration to provide memorable guest experiences. Here’s how you can get things right and safe:

  • You respect and correctly apply sales channel rules.
  • You regularly report to Senior FCC, Tour Manager, Hotel Director, and Corporate ashore to ensure all activities are covered.
  • You prepare and deliver communications (welcome letters, invitations to events, virtual messages) to promote sales and special offers.

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE : The onboard Future Cruise Sales Department seeks a passionate and dedicated individual. The requirements are:

  • You possess a Secondary School Diploma.
  • You have previous experience in sales and/or customer care; experience in tourism is a plus.
  • You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English (at least B2 level) and are familiar with another European language (French or German) at B1/B2 level.
  • You are available to live and travel aboard a cruise ship for a 5-month contract, working 7 days a week.
