Role

The Future Cruise Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling future cruises on board. The purpose of the role is to ensure the best and highest conversion rate between guests booking onboard their future cruises and guests traveling onboard. With a strong business focus, the Future Cruise Consultant takes every opportunity to become familiar with guests.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma
• At least 6 months experience in Sales or Customer Service
• English language skills (at least B2 level)
• 2 other languages (Italian, Spanish, French or German) at B1 level
