As part of a business in Italy we are looking for a professional to join the Fund Trading Services that includes different business areas (such as Local Paying Agent, Transfer Agent, Fund order Services, Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation).

This area includes various operational and, where applicable, oversight activities.

Our duties range from day to day operations to project activities. The candidate will work closely with this / her managers as well as with colleagues from global delivery department and other State Street offices.

Why this role is important to us

Our department plays an important role in State Street in the services provide to Clients and is in charge for operation process in daily activities and the projects (new business, regulatory enhancements etc.).

What you will be responsible for

As an administrator, your role will be responsible for daily operations, instruction processing, in accordance with current legislation, service level agreement, validity guideline and standing operational procedures.

The focus is to well look after the clients with the highest quality in terms of timeliness & accuracy within the agreed SLA. An excellent understanding of the client specific procedures, timely responding and escalating any issues during the day is required.

As part of the area you will

  • Performand monitor day-to-day operations;
  • Following up with third parties
  • Assisting distributors’ requests on a daily basis;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues;
  • Keep up to date procedures and job aid;
  • Take responsibility for personal development and training.
