Company

Risorse Professional, a company specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, for a well-known SGR active in the Real Estate sector, is looking for:

Job Responsibilities
  • Define closing and adjustment entries for determining the Net Asset Value of the Fund;
  • Prepare the Fund's management reports;
  • Handle fiscal matters: monthly VAT liquidation for the consolidated VAT level of the SGR; manage VAT pro-rata issues; handle withholding payments; verify IMU/TASI calculations;
  • Treasury management: manage the fund's treasury, fulfill contractual obligations, process supplier invoices, and other treasury movements;
  • Fund setup: support in defining the Fund's regulations clauses (e.g., calculation of fees/distributions and reimbursements);
  • Issue invoices related to management fees as per the Fund's regulations;
  • Financing: participate in structuring the financing and manage it thereafter (calculate covenants, send compliance certificates to the financing bank);
  • Manage relationships with Depositary, Auditors, and other control bodies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics or related fields, preferably with technical training (e.g., Accounting);
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience including financial closing, within an SGR Real Estate or property companies;
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude;
Work Location

Milano (1 day of smart working per week).
