Risorse Professional - Job Description

Location: Nerviano, Italy

Company: Risorse Professional, a company specialized in the Search and Selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, for a well-known SGR active in the Real Estate sector, is looking for:

Role Overview: The candidate, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will be responsible for:

  1. Defining closing and adjustment entries for determining the Net Asset Value of the Fund;
  2. Preparing the Fund's Management Reports;
  3. Taxation: managing monthly VAT liquidation for the fund, consolidated at the SGR level; handling VAT pro-rata issues; managing withholding payments; verifying IMU / TASI calculations;
  4. Treasury: managing the fund's treasury, including compliance with financing agreements, supplier invoice payments, and other treasury movements;
  5. Fund setup: supporting the definition of the Fund's Regulations clauses (e.g., calculating fees, distributions, and refunds);
  6. Issuing invoices related to management fees as per the Fund's Regulations;
  7. Financing: participating in structuring the financing and subsequent management (covenant calculations, submitting compliance certificates to the financing bank);
  8. Managing relationships with Depositary, Auditors, and other control bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics or related fields, preferably with technical training (e.g., Accounting);
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience up to financial statement closing within an SGR Real Estate or Real Estate Companies;
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a predisposition to teamwork;
  • Location: Milan, with 1 day of smart working per week.
