Mission:
The consultant provides support and delivery services to clients within her/his expertise domain, adhering to Murex standards (quality and effort). Main activities include:
Team:
The client services team in Beirut manages implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance of Murex solutions for the Middle East and South Africa regions. They provide design, configuration, and support for Murex applications across domains such as Front Office (Treasury, Derivatives), Back Office (workflows, accounting), and Risk Management (credit, market, operational risks) across various asset classes.
Your Role:
Interact with clients for business and technical specifications, validating final outputs with the team manager.
Build solutions and support cases reported by clients, ensuring follow-up until resolution.
Act as an expert on assigned modules (FO, BO, Risk) and lead discussions with traders, Business Analysts, and Risk Managers.
Contribute to troubleshooting guides and support documentation for clients.
Assist in training support teams and end users.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate actively in internal training, documentation, development specifications, and QA testing.
Provide feedback to team leaders and escalate issues as needed.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably CCE, ECE) or Computer Science; a master's in finance or business is a plus.
0 to 3 years of experience in a FinTech-related domain.
A financial background, knowledge of SQL, XML, Unix, and fluency in English are preferred; French is a plus.
Client-oriented, team player, capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
