Job summary

Ansaldo Energia cerca un ingegnere per il Team di Machine Engineering, responsabile della progettazione e dell’esecuzione del design funzionale della turbina a gas e dei sistemi di controllo.

Definirai requisiti funzionali, migliorerai standard di sicurezza, coordinerai il processo ingegneristico e supporterai la commissioning e i service team in progetti internazionali. Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 30% e contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Qualifications

• Laurea in ingegneria o titolo equipollente in meccanica/elettronica/automazione.
• Conoscenza dei principi di controllo di processo.
• Fondamenti di funzionamento e controllo della turbina a gas.
• Esperienza preferenziale con sistemi di controllo industriali (ABB Symphony+/AC800, Siemens T3000, Emerson Ovation).
• Esperienza su turbine a gas o rotanti.
• Esperienza in lavoro di team di progetto.
• Competenze relazionali e comunicative.
• Inglese e italiano fluenti.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare fino al 30%.

Responsibilities

• Definire i requisiti funzionali principali per il funzionamento e la sicurezza della turbina a gas.
• Migliorare e ottimizzare continuamente requisiti funzionali e di sicurezza in conformità a codici e standard.
• Gestire l'intero processo di ingegneria del sistema di controllo della turbina, coordinando tutte le parti interne ed esterne.
• Seguire i fornitori del sistema di controllo per rispettare le milestone HW e SW del progetto.
• Gestire la documentazione FAT (HW/SW) e l'esecuzione.
• Gestire il processo di tendering del sistema di controllo, analizzandone la documentazione e predisponendo specifiche di acquisto.
• Supportare i team di commissioning e service nelle applicazioni di funzionamento e controllo.

Job description

Posizione:

You will be a member of the Machine Engineering Team, responsible for the design and execution of the gas turbine functional design and control systems.

Main Accountabilities

• Define the main functional requirements for gas turbine operation and safety.
• Continuously improve and optimize gas turbine functional and safety requirements to cope with codes & standards, development programs, upgrades packages and project specific requirements.
• Manage the entire gas turbine control system engineering process, coordinating all the external and internal parties.
• Follow-up of gas turbine control system supplier to target the project milestones for HW and SW delivery.
• Manage control systems HW and SW Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) documentation and execution.
• Manage the control system tendering process, analyzing tendering documentation and preparing control system purchase specifications.
• Support commissioning and service teams in relation to gas turbine operation and control system HW/SW applications.

Requisiti:

• Degree in Engineering or comparable education within the areas of mechanical / electronical, automation engineering.
• Knowledge of principles and methods used in process control.
• Proficiency in the fundamentals of gas turbine operation and control.
• Preferred working experience with industrial controls systems applications (ABB Symphony+/AC800, Siemens T3000- Emerson Ovation)
• Proven experience on gas turbines, rotating machinery or similar field would be an asset.
• Experience working in project teams or task groups.
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Available to travels in Italy and abroad (max. 30% of the time)

• For this position, the initial annual gross salary will be not less than € 39.000
