Functional Analyst in Payments

TXT Assioma, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Functional Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in the role, to join their expanding team in Milan.

Main Activities:

1. Requirements gathering and analysis;
2. Preparation and subsequent sharing of functional specifications with the technical team;
3. Collaboration with the Development and Testing team;
4. Management of potential variations or change requests;
5. Creation of user manuals;
6. Interaction with clients and business.

Required skills:

1. Knowledge of Confluence, Jira or similar tools;
2. Experience/competence in drafting technical documentation (e.g. functional analysis documents);
3. Understanding of complex software systems and architectures (e.g. API, open systems, microservices etc.);
4. Familiarity with payment systems/credit cards;
5. Proficiency in tools for creating flowcharts/activity diagrams;
6. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

The profile is completed by good teamwork skills, autonomy, precision and method.
