For the strengthening of the Financial Services unit, part of the “Cloud & Custom Application” practice, we are looking for a Functional Analyst.

You will be placed in a unit dedicated to studying, creating, and releasing innovative banking products, together with a team of highly specialized Strategic Consultants.

Long Description

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Working closely with large clients in the Banking sector to understand their needs and guide them towards their business goals.
• Developing new strategies, suggesting innovative approaches on traditional themes of the sector, and participating in the realization of highly refined banking products.
• Managing a team and working in close contact with the Product Owner.
• Collaborating in the design and construction of complex new projects aimed at creating value for the firm and its clients.

Job Responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies.
• A passion for and profound knowledge of the Banking sector.
• The ability to organize a wide range of projects.
• Capacity to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating a team, with a predisposition to transfer your skills.
• Knowledge of English at a professional level.
