We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at Palazzo Ripetta. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Bar Manager in the management of all bars within the property.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with the Bar Manager to develop and implement menu concepts and service standards that exceed guest expectations;
• Serving as a departmental representative in the absence of the Bar Manager;
• Providing guidance and coaching to bar team members, promoting positive working relationships and high standards of service;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
• Working closely with events teams to provide assistance before and during events;
• Supporting the Bar Manager in managing inventory, receiving and stocking supplies;

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need :

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury settings or high-end mixology environments;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is desirable;
• Excellent knowledge of modern and classic mixology techniques, food pairing, and international beverage trends;
• Strong leadership, proactivity, problem-solving, and customer focus skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with a focus on delivering personalized service excellence;
• Familiarity with major software systems, including Office and Outlook;
• A positive, communicative, and professional attitude towards colleagues and guests.
