With 30+ years of expertise, they specialize in IT and space services, offering operational and engineering support for Earth observation missions, satellite data processing, and applied research. As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing multi-system interfaces that support real-time Earth Observation data processing and transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact space applications while working in a dynamic, international environment. YOUR TASKS Design and develop complex interfaces for multi-system integration, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability. Implement data processing and transformation pipelines to optimize large-scale Earth Observation workflows. Develop and maintain back-end services using PL/pgSQL, Java, and Python, ensuring robust and efficient performance. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, storage, and transformation. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring high availability and reliability. Develop shell scripts for Linux-based automation, improving efficiency and system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software deployment and system integration. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in designing and developing multi-system interfaces. Strong expertise in data processing and transformation techniques. Proficiency in PL/pgSQL for database development and optimization. Solid programming skills in Java and Python for software development. Experience with Linux OS and native shell scripting for system automation. Ability to troubleshoot and upgrade existing software to enhance system reliability. Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for efficient data manipulation. Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher) for documentation and collaboration. Nice to have: Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization. Familiarity with PostgreSQL RDBMS for database management. Knowledge of XML/XSD for structured data processing. Understanding of Earth Observation (EO) data products. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data presentation techniques. Exposure to ETL procedures for data integration. Familiarity with Nagios or similar monitoring tools for system performance tracking. Personal Skills: Proactive and solution-driven mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting. Accountability and goal-oriented approach, taking full ownership of assigned tasks. Excellent customer liaison capability and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Sharp and curious mind, eager to explore innovative solutions. Willingness to travel within Europe for meetings and collaborations.
