**Role Overview:**

Join our client’s elite team in Rome as a Full-Stack Software Developer, focusing on space technology and advanced software development. The company, with over 30 years of expertise, provides IT and space services, supporting Earth observation missions, satellite data processing, and applied research. You will design, develop, and optimize multi-system interfaces for real-time Earth Observation data processing, contributing to high-impact space applications in an international environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Design and develop complex interfaces for multi-system integration ensuring seamless data exchange.
2. Implement data processing pipelines for large-scale Earth Observation workflows.
3. Develop and maintain backend services using PL/pgSQL, Java, and Python.
4. Write and optimize SQL queries for data management.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software for high availability.
6. Develop shell scripts for Linux automation.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and integration.

**Requirements:**

1. 3+ years experience in multi-system interface development.
2. Strong data processing and transformation skills.
3. Proficiency in PL/pgSQL, Java, Python.
4. Experience with Linux OS and shell scripting.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software.
6. Excellent English skills (B2+).

**Nice to Have:**

• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, XML/XSD, EO data products, ETL, Nagios.
