You will be part of a new squad responsible for kicking off an important part of both Landing Jobs' future and the future of work. You will maintain some legacy Ruby on Rails systems while helping us transition to newer technologies.

• As part of our Development team, you will learn and integrate our development process and practices;
• Collaborate with Product and Experience teams to build solutions for our users’ problems;
• Handle your own tasks and be responsible for both Back-end and Front-end challenges;

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience;
• An eager-to-learn attitude and a desire to create impact by delivering valuable solutions;
• A passion for problem-solving and tackling challenges;
• Open-mindedness, including speaking up when needed and collaborating effectively with colleagues;
• Critical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Main skills and experience:

• Experience with web frameworks (e.g., React);
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies;
• Practice with Ruby on Rails applications; a GitHub portfolio is preferred;
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;
• Experience migrating solutions across technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails to Node.js + React).
