You will be part of part of a new squad responsible to kick-off a new and important part of not only the Landing Jobs future but also the future of work. There will be some old school stuff to maintain and migrate in Ruby on Rails but the future is somewhere else and we want you to help us getting there!

• As part of our Development team, you will learn and integrate our development process and practices;
• Work together with Product and Experience team members about the best way to build the solutions for our user’s problems;
• Have your own tasks and be responsible for your own work, handling both Back-end and Front-end challenges;

By being there for the kick-off you will not only have a chance to influence and shape the product but also grow with it at your own speed!

You should have

• 3+ years of software development experience
• An “eager-to-learn” mindset, with a desire to create impact by delivering the right things
• A passion for problem-solving; you just CAN’T get enough of every challenge thrown at you and you’re always working to find solutions;
• An open mind, not afraid to a) speak up when something’s not right; b) engage and work together with colleagues to find a solution.
• Critical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

Main requirements

• Previous experience with web frameworks (e.g. React)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Nice to have

• Previous work with Git and Agile Practices
• Practice with Ruby on Rails applications. We want to see your GitHub portfolio!
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Previous experience migrating solutions to different technologies (i.e. Ruby on Rails to node.js+React)
• Remote-first work with a few office days per month or none!
