Qascom is looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer within the Aerospace & Defence domain, based in our office in Bassano del Grappa (VI).

As part of the Software Engineering Team, the resource will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of high-end critical software applications for space missions and Governmental services. This includes the possibility of being involved in the newest cutting-edge projects of the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency, as well as supporting major international industrial players in the sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Professional experience in creating server and desktop applications for production environment
• Good knowledge of server/desktop application development
• Good knowledge of security principles
• Good knowledge of software engineering, design practices, and patterns
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Experience in C# or .NET Core programming
• Eligibility for National Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, testing, and deployment of desktop applications and GUI front end of server applications
• System level activities, including requirements analysis, software design, and development
• Development of technical documentation according to applicable standards (e.g., ESA/ECSS, GSWS, ETSI)
