Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Full-stack Programmer to join our global Data Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of development activities supporting our in-house Data Management applications. This is a great opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and take on new, exciting challenges.

Please note: The official job title within PSI CRO will be Database Developer.

Office/Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Full-stack development of in-house Data Management department applications (including desktop and simple web applications)
2. Perform all development-related activities, including architecting, developing, testing, and maintenance
3. Prepare documentation related to development and maintenance of applications
4. Use internal development standards
5. Follow the progress of development technologies and advance professional skills as deemed necessary
6. Track development, maintenance, and related tasks in the internal tracking system
7. Prepare software development plans, including scoping, scheduling, testing, and implementation

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2. At least 3 years of experience in software development
3. Experience in processing user requirements for software development
4. Proficiency in SQL Server management, programming, and query performance tuning
5. Ability to develop MS SQL functions, stored procedures, triggers, and other SQL objects
6. Experience in generating data queries using Transact SQL
7. Knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET frameworks, technologies, and best practices
8. Proficiency in building web-based and desktop applications (C#)
9. Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and either ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, or Blazor
10. Knowledge of unit testing; knowledge of other testing methods is a plus
11. Ability to develop design specifications and functional requirements documentation
12. Knowledge of source control repositories such as GIT and Azure DevOps
13. Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
14. Windows Server and IIS Server management skills are a plus
15. Experience in DevExpress components is a plus
16. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
