Your Responsibilities

1. Analyze development requests, understand customer needs, and propose technical solutions.
2. Design software architecture in compliance with deadlines, utilizing existing modules and optimizing them for development, maintenance, and evolution.
3. Identify technical and functional issues, propose fixes, and ensure compliance.
4. Refine analysis, code, and tests following company methodologies, documenting each step.
5. Participate in continuous service improvement through agile methods.
6. Offer technological choices and diagnostic tools for ongoing software enhancement.
7. Assist or lead review sessions, summarizing recent developments.
8. Participate in daily team meetings, report progress, and communicate difficulties.
9. Write reports on developments, including functional and technical aspects and tests.
10. Record nonconformities and implement necessary corrections and patches to improve software installation and operation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience with agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony.
• Experience with version control tools like GIT and SVN.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conceptualize long-term solutions while respecting constraints.
