We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer with a strong command of Python and React to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining both our front-end and back-end systems, working across the entire software development lifecycle. What You'll Do :

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Python on the backend and React on the frontend.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaborate closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Implement and integrate with RESTful APIs.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve our technical stack and processes.Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team (if applicable).

What You'll Bring :

3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer

or similar role.Strong proficiency in Python

and experience with relevant frameworks (e.G., Django, Flask, FastAPI).Solid experience with React

and its ecosystem (e.G., Redux, Context API, Hooks, Next.Js).Experience with front-end build tools (e.G., Webpack, Babel).Proficiency with relational databases (e.G., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.Experience with version control systems (Git).Understanding of RESTful API design and development.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.G., Docker) is a plus.Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.G., Pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not required.
