We're a small and agile agency, working with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marigold Engage, Braze, WordPress, and custom APIs to build lead flows, integrations, and dashboards that drive real results.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (CRM, APIs & Marketing Automation) who’s excited to work on a mix of technical projects — from setting up dashboards and custom API connections, to managing email flows and building lightweight web tools.

You don’t need to know everything on day one — we value a curious mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

Your profile

  • You have 2–4 years of experience as a developer (fullstack or backend-heavy)
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and cloud tools
  • Basic experience with email templating (or willing to learn)
  • Independent, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
  • You’re not afraid to Google your way through something new
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with Salesforce MC, or any marketing tech stack

Main requirements

Requirements (Hard Skills)

  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS (especially for emails and basic UI work)
  • Experience working with REST APIs (fetching, parsing, posting data)
  • Familiarity with database concepts (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Experience with Git (GitHub or GitLab)
  • Able to write clear, maintainable code in a structured way
  • Comfortable working with JSON , webhooks , and API tokens

Nice to have

Bonus (Not required but nice to have)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent)
  • Familiarity with AMPScript , Liquid , or templating languages
  • Basic knowledge of email deliverability or responsive email HTML
  • Understanding of message queues (like RabbitMQ)
  • Experience building dashboards or data visualizations (e.g. Chart.js, Looker Studio, custom JS)
