Reale ITES recherche un développeur pour rejoindre son équipe à Milan, engagé dans le développement de solutions numériques pour le secteur des assurances en utilisant des technologies modernes comme .NET et Angular. Le candidat idéal travaillera dans un environnement Agile, collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire et contribuera à des processus CI/CD. Ce poste hybride offre une combinaison de travail au bureau et de travail à distance.

Competenze

• Connaissances approfondies en .NET Core / C# pour le développement back-end.
• Expérience en développement front-end avec Angular.
• Connaissance des principes de conception REST API.

Mansioni

• Développement et maintenance de plateformes numériques pour la gestion des produits d'assurance.

Reale ITES, founded on January 1, 2015, represents the first transnational experience for the Reale Mutua Group. It aims to be a specialized competence center in IT services, as indicated by its acronym ITES, which stands for Information Technology Engineering Services. Born within a consolidated company with a long history and a challenging future ahead, Reale ITES was created to unite men and women from Italy and Spain to develop a unique IT platform and leverage the synergies necessary for a group like Reale Mutua.

In today's business environment, IT has become a key competitive factor for all companies. Reale ITES's mission is to improve information processes, provide simple and quick operational possibilities, increase process efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately delivering excellent products to customers and adding a competitive edge to the Group.

Initially established as a GEIE (European Economic Interest Grouping) with headquarters in Turin and a secondary office in Madrid, it employs about 360 people—250 in Turin and 110 in Madrid.

Responsibilities

The position is based in the Digital Platform Office Italy. The office's activities include:

• Development and maintenance of digital platforms for insurance product management.
• Design of full-stack application solutions for web and mobile environments.
• Collaboration with product teams and UX/UI for user-friendly and scalable solutions.
• Adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevOps principles to ensure quality, rapid releases, and team collaboration.

The activities involved for the resource include:

• Development of new front-end and back-end functionalities on digital applications for clients and intermediaries.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaboration with other developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners within a cross-functional and cross-country team.
• Maintenance and refactoring of existing code, ensuring quality and performance standards.
• Contributing to CI/CD processes and test automation.
• Supporting deployment and monitoring in production.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent knowledge of .NET Core / C# for back-end development.
• Experience in front-end development with Angular (version 8+).
• Knowledge of REST API design principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Additional preferred skills include:

• Knowledge of Spanish language.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments, containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
• Flexibility, autonomy, and curiosity about new technologies.
• Strong results orientation and continuous learning attitude.
• Experience in insurance or fintech sectors.

Work Mode

Hybrid model: in-office in Turin or Milan + 12 days of smart working per month.
