Ruolo ibrido con base a Roma, responsabilità di progettazione architetturale e implementazione di soluzioni data‑driven e AI‑enabled. Il candidato ideale ha almeno 7 anni di esperienza, conoscenze su Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, React o Flutter, e competenze in architetture cloud-native, Docker, Kubernetes e API‑driven.

Competenze

• Almeno 7 anni di esperienza in ruoli come Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer o Technical Lead.
• Esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni moderne con Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, React o Flutter.
• Comprensione di architetture cloud-native, sistemi distribuiti e pratiche infrastrutturali moderne.
• Esperienza con Docker, Kubernetes, ambienti Linux e architetture API-driven.
• Familiarità con MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis o tecnologie similari.

For the Group’s business unit dedicated to helping organisations design and implement AI-ready data ecosystems capable of translating business strategy into scalable, well-managed and high-impact solutions, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer and Solutions Architect - Data Platform, Enterprise Application & Agentic AI Solutions.

This role is designed for a highly versatile technology professional with strong experience across solution architecture, full stack software engineering, cloud-native platforms, and modern application delivery. You will contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise applications, data-enabled platforms, and AI-oriented digital solutions for complex client environments.

The ideal candidate combines architectural thinking with hands‑on delivery capabilities and is comfortable working across backend, frontend, mobile, integration, and infrastructure layers. We are looking for someone who can shape robust and scalable solutions while actively contributing to execution in demanding, innovation‑driven, and sometimes highly regulated contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise applications, data-enabled platforms, and AI-driven digital solutions for medium and large organizations
• Contribute to the architecture and development of modern web, mobile, and distributed applications
• Support the implementation of scalable solutions based on microservices, APIs, containers, and orchestration platforms
• Work across the full solution lifecycle, from technical design and prototyping to deployment and continuous evolution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, and infrastructure-related activities
• Help define and implement modern engineering practices across automation, release management, platform reliability, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to projects operating in complex, secure, or regulated environments
• Support innovation initiatives involving AI-enabled applications, advanced automation, data‑centric platforms, and next‑generation enterprise solutions

What We Offer

• A permanent contract (under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Retail Sector, with placement at level III or II). The remuneration package includes an annual gross salary of between €35,000 and €42,000, which will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience and skills.

Location

This position is based in Rome with a hybrid smart working model.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 7 years' experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Lead
• Strong hands‑on background in modern application development across one or more of the following ecosystems: Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, React, Flutter
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems, and modern infrastructure practices
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Linux‑based environments, and API‑driven architectures
• Familiarity with data services and platform components such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar technologies
• Ability to move effectively between architecture design and hands‑on implementation
• Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset
• Good communication skills and the ability to operate in technically demanding environments
• Strong English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI / ML‑enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or digital products with advanced interaction models
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP or multi‑cloud environments
• Familiarity with DevOps toolchains, infrastructure automation, and observability practices
• Experience with mobile application delivery, real‑time systems, or platform modernization
• Background in public sector, mission‑critical, or high‑security projects
