Full Stack Developer

Job Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that meet internal customer requirements, ensuring maximum functionality and efficiency. The core responsibilities include:

1. Planning and designing detailed solutions
2. Developing and engineering solution components
3. Creating prototypes and end-user solutions
4. Formalizing and documenting solutions
5. Providing support beyond the first level (Help desk)

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand internal customer requirements and translate them into application functionality
2. Collaborate with IT professionals to define technical specifications and feasibility
3. Create mockups and prototypes based on specifications
4. Participate in the entire software lifecycle by developing components or features
5. Write quality code adhering to standards and using shared tools
6. Perform pre-release testing and code reviews to ensure quality standards
7. Maintain integrations and data flows within complex applications
8. Debug and troubleshoot applications
9. Monitor applications to identify updates or new features needed
10. Create technical documentation and training materials for end-user adoption
11. Act as a product expert for support and new development requests
12. Promote team learning through proactive activities aimed at innovation and efficiency
13. Adopt and promote digital technologies within the function for process and communication improvements
14. Engage in behaviors and actions supporting Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, process improvement, and organizational well-being

Requirements
