Sarai parte di un team agile multifunzionale, responsabile dello sviluppo di architetture IT basate sul cloud e della partecipazione alle iniziative digitali. Il ruolo richiede capacità di sviluppo e integrazione software, oltre a una solida formazione in ingegneria informatica e competenze in vari linguaggi di programmazione.

Competenze

• Minimo due anni di esperienza come sviluppatore full-stack.
• Competenze in Typescript, Angular (>5), Node/NestJs.
• Conoscenza di Docker valorizzata e familiarità con Microsoft Azure & DevOps.

Mansioni

• Sviluppo software full-stack di nuove funzionalità e refactoring del codice.
• Collaborare con business e IT per allineare le applicazioni con gli obiettivi organizzativi.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Full-stack Developer

to join the team of our client in the Insurance sector, an international company. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional agile team to deliver high-quality software products. Main responsibilities include development and coordination of cloud-based IT architectures and participation in digital initiatives.

1. Responsibilities:
   • Full-stack software development of new features, code refactorization, code maintenance tasks;
   • Collaborating with business and IT headquarters to ensure applications align with organizational goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements;
   • Discussing requirements with customers and business analysts and interacting with various functions within the company;
   • Customizing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf software products;
   • Supporting and conducting application service requests and carrying out software maintenance tasks.
2. Your Profile:
   • University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering / IT or similar qualification;
   • Minimum two years’ experience as a full-stack developer;
   • Proficiency with Typescript, Angular (>5), and Node/NestJs is a must;
   • Docker experience is valued;
   • Experience with multiple front-end and back-end languages and libraries (e.g., Python, Ionic, Kubernetes, Redis) is a plus;
   • Familiar with Microsoft Azure & DevOps (or similar platforms);
   • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
   • Team player with professional interaction skills;
   • Growth mindset, willingness to learn and develop new skills;
   • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.
3. Place of work: Milan, Hybrid (1 or 2 days in the office per week, flexibility);
4. Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 annually.
