Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Development Team at the Capena (RM) headquarters in a Hybrid mode (3 days per week on-site).

As a PHP Developer at Würth, you will join a team of experienced developers where you can grow and collaborate. You will have the opportunity to make an impact through projects aimed at our Stakeholders, meeting their needs and achieving objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team to develop programs and user stories through to testing and acceptance.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in and contributing to project development and roadmap planning
• Designing and writing PHP code to improve the quality of our products and services
• Being a point of reference for various internal and external Stakeholders
• Staying informed about new technologies and testing them to improve our offerings for clients and ourselves
• Having a passion for scripting and software development
• Practicing pragmatism, understanding that in a competitive world, speed often matters as much as quality
• Exercising curiosity and initiative, exploring and testing new opportunities proactively
• Holding a degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years
