Serco is seeking aFull-stack Developer (Data & Web Applications) for IPCHEM in Ispra, Italy. The role focuses on data harmonisation, integration, and dissemination across environmental and health datasets, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure reliable platform delivery.

You will work with ETL tools, ownCloud, and Python/R to harmonise datasets, provide onboarding support, and lead updates. A strong background in agile IT projects and English communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to work in an international multicultural environment.
• English speaking/writing at least B2 level.
• Experience on large-scale projects in multicultural environments.
• PM² or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Lead IPCHEM data harmonisation, integration, and dissemination using ETL, ownCloud, R, and Python.
• Support IPCHEM data providers and users, including onboarding processes and documentation.
• Lead harmonisation and integration of new IPCHEM datasets and updates to existing datasets.
• Coordinate with IPCHEM System Manager, Business Manager, data providers, and users to ensure effective delivery.
