Azienda Anonima in Siena, Toscana, Italy, seeks an experienced AI Engineer - Full Stack to design and build end-to-end AGI-powered products. You will create LLM pipelines, RAG solutions, and Graph RAG architectures, collaborating with frontend teams to deliver AI-enabled user experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong Python/Node.js skills, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with Generative AI.
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js (Express or NestJS).
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector DBs.
• Knowledge of frontend tech such as React or Vue.js and TypeScript.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based Generative AI pipelines.
• Build RAG solutions with chunking, embeddings, and vector search.
• Create Graph RAG architectures using knowledge graphs for better reasoning.
• Develop AI Agents and orchestrated workflows with function calls and tools.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, Mistral and optimize costs.
• Develop scalable REST APIs for frontend and third-party use.
• Work with vector databases and graph databases to support retrieval.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers for conversational UIs.
• Ensure security best practices and prompt-injection mitigation.
• Monitor AI systems with evaluation frameworks and latency optimization.
• Improve AI lifecycle from data ingest to deployment.
