Job Description:

RINA is currently recruiting for a Full-Scale Testing Engineer Laboratory to join its office in ROME within the Materials & Technologies Division.

Mission

RINA Consulting – Centro Sviluppo Materiali is searching for a new resource to be introduced as Lab Engineer into the Full Scale Testing Lab crew. The Full Scale Testing Lab performs mechanical tests on full-scale components or parts, verifying their functionality, performance, and limits under actual working conditions. While focused on the Oil & Gas market, it also engages in Aerospace & Defense sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform tests according to European and international standards, defining test layouts and detailed procedures.
• Conduct special tests as required by customers and/or manufacturers.
• Define technical specifications and design test equipment needed for testing.
• Periodically check calibration status of test instruments and manage instrumentation to ensure efficiency and calibration compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to carry out activities and resolve any issues during work.

The new team member will report to the Lab Manager and will receive internal training (on-the-job).
