Job Description:
ClickOut Media’s People Operations Analysts support all our workers (perm/contract) globally by managing all incoming queries, managing changes within the key HR systems (Deel, HiBob), onboarding employees and improving all processes to increase efficiency.
Be the first point of contact for daily queries/questions from employees:
- Manage HR Inbox - answer, direct to HR KnowledgeBase, assign to others
- Onboard new employees to HR systems and all associated communications
- Offboard employees from HR systems and all associated communications
- Process data changes for workers
- Process design across all elements of responsibility to reduce clicks, duplications, increase automation and increase efficiency
- Supporting projects within the team
- Computer efficient and high level of knowledge on systems including Microsoft Office, Adobe and Google Suite.
- Has some work experience within HR and/or shared services.
- Experiences of HR software and Administration.
- Has some work experience within HR and/or shared services.
- Has worked part / fully remote before.
- Purpose-driven mindset and can work on own initiative.
- Exceptional written English and fluent English speaker.
Nice to have Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR software such as Deel and HiBob
