Role Description

We're currently looking for a People Advisor. This role involves working with managers in central functions and sales to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle. As a fully remote, global enterprise, our workers span various geographies, mostly as contractors. No specific country’s labor law experience is required, although multinational experience is highly preferable. Prior experience in an HR role facing managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor capacity is essential.

Core Tasks

• Provide HR support to managers across the full employee lifecycle
• Act as a trusted partner for managers to address worker issues
• Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and team performance management to align with business objectives
• Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities
• Support managers with recruitment and onboarding advice
• Manage probation reviews with managers
• Handle employee relations within the client group
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate payments
• Manage rewards, including benchmarking, bonuses, and pay changes
• Conduct local audits
• Support operational HR activities as needed
• Participate in various HR projects
