Role Overview

As our IT Support, you will ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, focusing on managing and maintaining Google Workspace accounts for over 500 users. Your role is vital in protecting our digital environment and supporting our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create, manage, and maintain Google Workspace / Jira accounts for a user base exceeding 500.
  2. Manage Slack Channels and Workspace.
  3. Handle over 200 Wordpress user roles, ensuring security and updates.
  4. Assist HR and CTO with daily IT support and employee requests.
  5. Monitor and prevent security breaches, implementing safeguards.
  6. Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues efficiently.
  7. Guide staff on communication platforms like Skype and Slack.
  8. Stay updated on technology trends, including web3 (desirable but not essential).

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in IT support or similar roles.
  2. Strong understanding of Google Workspace / Jira administration.
  3. Knowledge of IT security protocols.
  4. Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
  5. Excellent English communication skills.
  6. Proactive problem-solving approach.
  7. Comfortable with virtual interactions and diverse groups.
