A leading staffing solutions company is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. You will manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring the timely fulfillment of open vacancies while providing expert advice on recruitment trends. This role emphasizes both communication skills and proficiency with applicant tracking systems, contributing to the strategic hiring needs of the organization.

As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates. You will also act as a Talent Advisor to the hiring managers and be the first point of contact for their hiring needs.
FTC ends Dec, 31st, 2025, with the possibility of the contract being extended based on volumes—onsite requirement: 2x/week.
