Competenze

• Over 5 years of work experience in the logistics industry.

We are looking for a highly skilled 3PL Logistics Operations Manager to enhance our supply chain operations and help streamline our fulfillment processes. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be at the core of our logistics strategy, working closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to improve service levels, optimize costs, and enhance customer experience. You will lead initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and ensure our logistics operations align with the company's growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our logistics operations and help us deliver top-tier customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build 3PL relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
• Attend recurrent business review meetings with fulfillment 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup & support the long-term logistics strategy.
• Lead continues improvement initiatives together 3PL to improve operations efficiency.
• SOPs creation & optimization for operational processes improvement & standardization.
• Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
• Support with system integration and onboarding of new fulfillment tools & features in the platform from an operational point of view. • Represent the marketplace culture within the warehouse, focusing to bring a customer centric culture in 3PL operations management.
• Link position between warehouse 3PL & sellers (stock owners) for improvement initiatives & incident management
• Ensure best in class quality processes in the 3PL warehouse using a continues improvement approach. From inbound to outbound passing through inventory accuracy, storage, etc
• In charge of auditing 3PL operational processes and ensure these ones are aligned with company standards & values.
• Management of consumable replenishment in order to avoid stock rupture of packaging material.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of work experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics being a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong relationships with logistics partners, especially in fulfillment and warehousing.
• Experience with data analysis and an analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance.
• Familiarity with 3PL system integration (WMS, OMS, TMS) is a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
• Strong negotiation skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel (locally) to the warehouse workplace, either part-time or full-time.
