Agrumaria Reggina seeks a highly skilled Business Unit Manager to lead our Juice & Fruit category team. As a key member of our commercial and R&D departments, you will play a pivotal role in aligning market and customer needs with our technical and production capabilities.

This position requires strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills to drive growth and innovation within this product line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer segmentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate customer needs and market insights into distinctive solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, segment target markets, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prioritize high-impact projects, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and commercial goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, coordinating co-development activities and validating new projects.
  • Oversee the Business Unit's plan, tracking key KPIs and delivering executive reporting.
  • Capture marketing, quality, logistics, and regulatory functions to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical-commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of R&D and product development processes.
  • Solid knowledge of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer segmentation.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); other languages are a plus.
